HAWK'S BAY CHALET · Gorgeous 5 Bedroom Home with Hot Tub, Near Tamarack

Great location. Smooth check in. No complaints.

The place was okay for a large group of people or family. The area was really bad, it is right by a really busy road with no fence anywhere on the property. The hot tub was pretty dirty, the cover was filthy. I didn’t mind it, because I love hot tubs, but my husband hate it how dirty it was. The pool table was awful, it had holes, unleveled, no window coverings, we had to hang some blankets. Dishes, were of low quality, as well as pots. The whole house was loud because of the location. My husband complained and went and slept in another room, it did not work. The front room with the Murphy bed has no window treatments. I feel so bad to write all this, but it was our experience. The rest of our family could not make it due to a family emergency, unfortunately for us, it was too late. It was just my honey and our two doodles.

The home was large enough to host many people though our group was small. There were games to play and plenty of seating for eating. The kitchen was accommodating for May to cook.attention to cleaning could have been better and privacy for the hot tub was nonexistent so we didn’t get to enjoy that amenity but overall the stay was decent. The weather didn’t cooperate but that’s not something anyone can control except the good Lord. If you have a large party looking for a home base to go on adventures turn up that wonderful pellet stove and enjoy your meals in the big gourmet kitchen!
