Strawberry Shortcake - Downtown McCall Cottage Near Davis Beach & Park

This was a very nice home! The neighborhood was great and we were within walking distance to the state park, so you could easily access the lake and facilities. It wasn’t far from downtown by car either. It is a small home though and there’s not a lot of privacy. But we absolutely loved the 1970s feel of the amenities and the front deck was great for relaxing!

this unit was clean and cozy. we had a good rain storm which caused a lot of standing water to wade through to get inside. other than that would stay again. very quiet

My daughter graduatedon the 28th from the UI MOSS campus thats located at the state park. Location was great plenty of room.

Just what we wanted, clean, convenient, and comfortable. The snow berm left by road plows was thoughtfully removed from the drivev during our stay

This little cabin has all the vintage charm of the 70s with plenty of modern comforts! Staying here was such a dream. Want to watch a dvd on an tv from the 90s/2000s? Sure! Missing Netflix or YouTube? They have that too!! Any time we had a question, their team responded within minutes. They were very accommodating and helpful, which made our trip so wonderful.Location is also great, close to downtown but still has a woodsy/mountain feel. If you want to travel back in time to a more slow-paced and relaxing environment, this is the best choice! Not to mention, they are pet friendly and the price was great too! Would highly consider staying here again!!
